The City of Langley’s Arts, Recreation, Culture, and Heritage (ARCH) Committee, the Langley Arts Council, and the City of Langley are excited to debut their first Langley City Film Festival (LCFF), under the theme ‘Transitions’.
About this year’s theme:
Have you undergone a shift in perspective?
Are you seeing the world through new eyes?
Have you discovered a new way of being? Or have new environments opened themselves up to you? Well, the Langley City Film Festival is the perfect opportunity to share your story.
Due to recent events, we can all relate to this idea in one way or another. Let’s take this opportunity to connect with our community and one another on a deeper level of experience and understanding through film.

The festival will take place from Friday, October 20th to Sunday, October 22nd, 2023.
