DESCRIPTION:The Book Discussion Group aims to share titles by authors who are Black\, Indigenous and people of colour. \nOver the next four weeks\, read White Tears\, Brown Scars: How White Feminism Betrays Women of Color by Ruby Hamad\, then meet with others online to share thoughts and impressions in a librarian-led discussion. \nAfter you’ve registered\, we’ll contact you to arrange book pickup at your preferred BPL location. There are also a limited number of e-book copies available. \nThe group will meet online using Zoom. To join the discussion\, you’ll need a device with internet connection\, audio and a microphone. A link to join the discussion will be emailed one day before the event.
